Hebei University 2026 Graduates Spring Campus Career Fair and Hongzhi Zhuhang Special Recruitment Fair Held at Qiyi Road Campus

On March 26, the Spring Campus Career Fair & Hongzhi Zhuhang Special Recruitment Fair for Hebei University’s 2026 graduates was held at the university’s Qiyi Road Campus. Liu Bing, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Meng Qingyu, President of the University, visited the event to provide guidance.

The university leaders visited the recruitment booths of several companies, including China Securities Co., Ltd., China Lucky Group Corporation, Sail Co., Ltd., and Shijiazhuang Kelin Electric Co., Ltd. They inquired in detail about the companies’ recruitment needs and listened attentively to their suggestions on talent cultivation and employment services. They also had cordial conversations with students, asking about their job-seeking intentions and employment progress, encouraging them to develop a sound career outlook, and to identify their career directions by aligning their professional strengths with the needs of the country and society.

The university leaders emphasized that graduate employment constitutes a critical part of the university’s talent cultivation efforts. They called for actions to expand and improve the quality of graduate employment, deepen the integration of industry and education, strengthen university-enterprise collaboration, and optimize the supply of cultivated talent, promoting a precise match between supply and demand. They stressed the need to actively integrate into the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the construction of the Xiong’an New Area, proactively address regional talent needs, broaden employment channels for graduates, and deliver high-quality talent to support economic and social development. They also urged a thorough review of the job fair’s outcomes, a precise grasp of employment market trends and industry talent demands, and further improvements in career guidance and services to enhance graduates’ competitiveness in the job market.

A total of 424 companies participated in the career fair, offering 7,202 job positions, with students submitting 8,798 resumes. Local human resources and social security bureaus from Baoding, Hengshui, Anping County, Qinghe County, and Luquan District were present to explain local talent recruitment policies to students. The Hebei University Alumni Association organized recruitment activities for alumni enterprises. The People’s Armed Forces Department of Baoding’s Lianchi District set up a recruitment information booth. Various schools and colleges also set up booths to promote their graduates and facilitate university-enterprise collaboration. Career advisors from the university’s Career Guidance Consultation Room provided on-site resume guidance services for students. During the job fair, the university also held talks and exchanges with some participating companies on further deepening university-enterprise collaboration.
