At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we extend our sincere greetings and best wishes to all faculty, staff, students, retired colleagues, alumni at home and abroad of Hebei University, and friends from all walks of life who care about the reform and development of Hebei University!
2025年，是河北大学发展史上承前启后、继往开来的一年。我们深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届历次全会精神，胜利召开学校第八次党代会，为进一步深化学校综合改革进行了顶层设计和战略部署，明确“1358”总体工作思路，即紧紧锚定“特色鲜明、国际知名”的一流高水平大学建设目标，统筹推进“优势学科登峰、基础学科振兴、应用学科崛起”三大发展战略，必须坚持政治引领、深化改革、系统观念、自立自强、底线思维五个原则，处理好理论与实践、守正与创新、全局与局部、内因与外因、发展与安全的关系，深入实施铸魂育人、学科培优、人才强校、科研跃升、服务增效、文化浸润、交流互鉴、改革赋能八项行动，建设“卓越河大”“一流河大”“聚贤河大”“创新河大”“有为河大”“善美河大”“开放河大”“活力河大”。
2025 is a pivotal year in the history of Hebei University, building on past achievements and forging ahead into the future. We have thoroughly implemented the principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party and its subsequent plenary sessions, successfully convened the university’s eighth Party congress, conducted top-level design and strategic deployment for further deepening the university’s comprehensive reform, and clarified the overall “1358” work strategy — namely, to firmly aim for the goal of a “distinctive, internationally renowned” first-class high-level university, and comprehensively advance the three major development strategies: “leading advantageous disciplines to the peak, revitalizing fundamental disciplines, and promoting the rise of applied disciplines”. We must uphold the principles of deepening reform and self-reliance, and balance theory and practice, tradition and innovation, overall and local interests, internal and external factors, and development and security. We will thoroughly implement actions to strengthen disciplines, build a talent-driven university, leapfrog in scientific research, improve service efficiency, promote exchange and mutual learning, and empower with reform, to build an excellent, first-class, talent-gathering, innovative, virtuous and beautiful, open and dynamic university.
这一年，我们落实立德树人，深化教育教学改革。实施学科专业调整优化三年行动计划、启动教育部“人才培养供需适配机制改革试点”建设，人才培养与经济社会发展适配机制更加健全。加快教育数字化建设，获批“数字经济”本科专业，推动人工智能赋能教育教学高质量发展。实施教师教育能力提升工程，探索“学科专业+教师教育”人才培养路径。联合科研院所、行业企业深化协同育人，全面修订研究生人才培养方案，学生在各类科创活动中屡获佳绩。凝练教学改革成果，打造国际化人才培养、新闻传播实践育人、研究生创新人才培养等特色品牌，获省教学成果特等奖3项。10055名学子从河大出发，奔赴祖国各地建功立业。
This year, we fulfilled the fundamental task of moral education, and deepened education and teaching reform. We implemented a three-year action plan for optimizing disciplines and majors, launched the Ministry of Education’s “Reform Pilot for Matching Talent Training with Demand and Supply”, further improving the mechanism matching talent cultivation with economic and social development. We accelerated educational digitization, gained approval for the “Digital Economy” undergraduate major, and promoted high-quality development of education and teaching empowered by artificial intelligence. We launched the Teacher Education Capability Enhancement Project, exploring the “discipline major + teacher education” training path. In collaboration with scientific research institutes and industry enterprises, we deepened synergy in talent training, comprehensively revised graduate training programs, and our students repeatedly achieved excellent results in various science and technology innovation activities. We refined the outcomes of education reform, created characteristic brands such as international talent training, journalism and communication practice education, and innovative graduate talent cultivation, and won 3 special prizes for provincial teaching achievements. A total of 10,055 students set out from Hebei University, going on to build their careers across the country.
这一年，我们坚持人才强校，打造高素质教师队伍。深化人才发展体制机制改革，构建“引育用留”全链条人才发展生态，全年引进各类高层次人才百余人，自主培养国家级人才6人，培育“全国高校黄大年式教师团队”1个。夯实校院两级教师发展中心建设，打造“遴选培育、备赛参赛、示范推广”一体化教师教学能力提升体系。持续推进人才分类评价改革、薪酬分配制度改革，教师队伍创新创造活力进一步迸发。
This year, we upheld a talent-driven school, and built a team of highly qualified teachers. We deepened the reform of the talent development system and mechanisms, constructed a whole-chain talent development ecosystem of “introduction, cultivation, utilization, and retention”, introduced over a hundred high-level talents throughout the year, independently trained 6 national-level talents, and nurtured 1 “National Huang Danian-style Teaching Team in Universities”. We consolidated the construction of teacher development centers at both the university and college levels, creating an integrated system for enhancing teachers’ teaching abilities. We continued to advance reforms in talent classification evaluation and compensation distribution, releasing even greater innovation and creativity within the faculty team.
这一年，我们聚焦科学前沿，服务国家重大战略需求。强化有组织科研，获批国家社科、自然基金项目83项（含社科基金重大项目1项），获省社会科学优秀成果奖、省科学技术奖70项。深耕京津冀核心生态功能区生物安全、脑-心协同分析与神经疾病精准防治、白洋淀生态保护、第四代半导体材料研发等领域，首次以牵头单位获批国家重点研发计划（2项）、颠覆性技术创新重点专项，实现国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（B类）以及在Nature发表论文的突破。获批河北省革命文物协同研究中心、白洋淀湖泊湿地生态系统野外科学观测研究站，成立区域国别研究院、人工智能研究院、低空产业研究院，在服务高质量发展中彰显河大担当。
This year, we focused on the frontiers of science and served major national strategic needs. By strengthening organized scientific research, we gained approval for 83 national social science and natural science fund projects (including 1 major social science fund project), and won 70 provincial awards for outstanding social science and scientific and technological achievements. We cultivated key areas such as biosafety in the core ecological function zone of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, brain-heart synergistic analysis and precise prevention and treatment of neurological diseases, Baiyangdian ecological protection, and fourth-generation semiconductor material research and development, for the first time as a lead institution gaining approval for national key R&D programs (2 projects) and disruptive technology innovation key projects, achieving breakthroughs in national youth science fund projects (B type) and papers published in Nature. We gained approval for the Hebei Province Revolutionary Relics Collaborative Research Center and the Baiyangdian Lake Wetland Ecosystem Field Scientific Observation and Research Station; established the Regional and Country Studies Institute, Artificial Intelligence Institute, and Low-Altitude Industry Institute, highlighting Hebei University’s commitment in serving high-quality development.
这一年，我们共享发展成果，绘就幸福美好的民生答卷。七一路校区学科交叉中心楼交付使用，研究生教学实验楼和公寓、3号学生宿舍主体结构实现封顶，裕华路校区6号学生宿舍启动建设。附属医院复兴院区一期工程获立项批复。教工自助餐厅、社区食堂投入运营，图书馆、学生公寓、“一站式”学生社区等硬件持续改进，电子校友卡正式启用，师生幸福感不断提升。
This year, we shared the fruits of development and painted a happy and beautiful answer sheet for people’s livelihood. The Interdisciplinary Center Building at Qiyi Road Campus was put into use; the main structures of the graduate teaching and laboratory building, graduate apartment, and Student Dormitory No. 3 were topped out; construction was started for Student Dormitory No. 6 at Yuhua Road Campus. The first phase of the Affiliated Hospital Fuxing Campus project was approved. The staff self-service restaurant and community canteen began operation, hardware at the library, student apartments, and “one-stop” student community continued to improve, the electronic alumni card was officially launched, and the sense of happiness among students and staff continued to rise.
星光不负赶路人，江河眷顾奋楫者。回首2025年，银龄教师扎根西部，用余热点亮教育之光；研究生支教团二十年接续奋斗，用赤诚浇灌高原“格桑花”；驻村、援疆、援藏、援外工作队奔赴征程，用奉献诠释责任担当；青年学生畅游书海、竞技赛场，用奋斗追逐青春梦想；广大教师笃行不怠、潜心育人，用教育家精神点燃希望；“保安大叔”“宿管阿姨”“食堂小哥”默默坚守，用汗水守护校园安宁……每一份付出都弥足珍贵，每一束光芒都熠熠生辉，共同汇聚成河北大学奔涌前进的力量。我们向每一位不容易、不简单、不平凡的河大人，致以崇高的敬意！
Looking back at 2025, senior teachers rooted themselves in the west and used their remaining passion to illuminate the light of education; the Graduate Student Teaching Support Team continued 20 years of perseverance; work teams for village support, Xinjiang aid, Tibet aid, and overseas aid set out on new journeys, using dedication to interpret responsibility; young students immersed themselves in books and competitions, striving to pursue youthful dreams; countless teachers devoted themselves to nurturing talents, igniting hope with the spirit of educators; “Security Uncle”, “Dorm Auntie”, and “Canteen Guy” guarded campus peace with sweat and effort... Every contribution is invaluable, coming together to form the driving force of Hebei University’s vigorous progress. We extend our highest respect to every Hebei University member who is resilient, extraordinary, and remarkable!
百年学府薪火相传，世纪黉门弦歌不辍。河北的、全国的、世界的河大人，曾经的、现在的、未来的河大人，构成心手相牵的“情感共同体”、守望相助的“发展共同体”、休戚与共的“命运共同体”。变的是时序流转中不断迭代的发展坐标，是校园版图里日新月异的建设成果；不变的是河大人的家国情怀、求是作风、开放品格、奋斗韧劲。正是这份“变”与“不变”的交织，让河北大学穿越历史烟云，在新时代新征程中步履坚定、行稳致远。
HBUers from the province, the country, and the world; of the past, the present, and the future — together they form an “emotional community” of connected hearts and hands, a “development community” that helps each other, and a “community of shared destiny” whose fortunes rise and fall together. What changes is the ever-evolving development coordinates in the flow of time, and the ever-changing achievements on the campus map; what does not change is HBUers’s patriotic feelings, quest for truth, and openness of character. It is precisely this intertwining of “change” and “constancy” that enables Hebei University to advance steadily and move forward bravely on the new journey of the new era.
信心凝聚力量，实干谱写华章。2026年，是“十五五”规划的开局之年，更是“双一流”建设的关键之年。让我们更加紧密地团结在以习近平同志为核心的党中央周围，承继百年河大之薪火，汇聚团结奋进之伟力，推动党建和业务深度融合，以高质量党建引领高质量发展，在部省合建平台上蓄势突破、全面跃升，奋力谱写一流高水平大学建设新篇章，为教育强国、教育强省建设，为奋力谱写中国式现代化建设河北篇章作出新的更大贡献！
2026 marks the beginning year of the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan”, and is a key year for the “Double First-Class” initiative.
