The 13th Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Talent Recruitment Conference Held at Hebei University

On March 22nd, the 13th Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Talent Recruitment Conference was held at Hebei University.

Under the theme of “Gathering Talents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Building the Future Together,” the conference was jointly hosted by the human resources and social security departments of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, and co-organized by Hebei University. The conference brought together 375 high-quality employers from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, and the Xiong'an New Area, both online and offline, to attract talent, releasing over 11,000 job openings. Employers received 33,657 valid resumes, and preliminary employment intentions were reached with over 5,700 individuals.

Meng Qingyu, President of Hebei University, met with the heads of the human resources and social security departments of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, introducing the development of Hebei University and expressing gratitude for the long-term support provided by the three regions' human resources and social security departments. Hebei University proactively integrates into the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, accurately connects with regional industrial development needs, continuously adjusts and optimizes the structure of disciplines and majors, further deepens education and teaching reforms, improves the matching degree between talent cultivation and development needs, and strives to deliver more outstanding talents for the high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Meng Qingyu visited some employers on-site to understand their talent needs and recruitment situation.

Song Fengxuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hebei University, participated in the event. Leading officials from the human resources and social security departments of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, including the Hebei Provincial Talent Service Center, the Beijing Vocational Introduction Service Center, and the Tianjin Binhai Talent Service Center of the China Northern Talent Market, observed and provided guidance on-site. Hebei University will take this opportunity to continue building platforms for cooperation with local areas, explore new models and paths for promoting employment through university-locality cooperation, and promote high-quality and full employment for graduates.
