HBU Approved as Higher Education Virtual Simulation Teaching Innovation Laboratory Project School and Case Team

 

On March 29, the Ministry of Education's Center for Educational Technology and Resources Development (National Center for Educational Technology) issued a notice (Jiaojizhi [2024] No. 24) announcing the list of schools and case teams for the Higher Education Virtual Simulation Teaching Innovation Laboratory Project. Hebei University was designated as the school for the Higher Education Virtual Simulation Teaching Innovation Laboratory Project. Our school's Virtual Simulation Innovation Laboratory for Civil Engineering and Architecture, Virtual Simulation Teaching Laboratory for Liberal Arts, and Virtual Simulation Teaching Innovation Laboratory for New Energy Technology were identified as case teams for the Higher Education Virtual Simulation Teaching Innovation Laboratory Project.

 

The "Higher Education Virtual Simulation Teaching Innovation Laboratory Project" is a significant initiative by the Ministry of Education to promote the deep integration of digital technology with experimental teaching in higher education institutions, enhancing the construction of virtual simulation teaching environments and innovative application levels. By bringing together a group of higher education institutions with distinctive experiences in virtual simulation teaching innovation and development nationwide, the project aims to conduct in-depth teaching practices, explore innovative models for building virtual simulation teaching environments, application modes, and evaluation mechanisms, and create construction and application cases that can be referenced and promoted, thereby advancing the digital transformation of higher education institutions and improving the level of talent cultivation.
