Also, the documentary was shortlisted and won nominations at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival, and the Rome International Film Festival.
Launched in 2011, Macau International Short Film Festival is the oldest, most authoritative, and professional international short film festival in Macao. The festival was divided into two competitions--student group and social group. This year, the student group competition received more than 1,000 films, with 160 being short-listed and 19 being awarded.
From the perspective of Zhai Jijun, the inheritor of Chinese Wing Chun, this film records and shows the characteristics of Chinese Wing Chun and the cultural deposits behind it to let the world understand traditional Chinese culture.
